“Decent teishoku.”
Good food, a good portion. The deep fried chicken was really good. Many small meals (teishoku) for a worthwhile price. .

“Good price good price ”
For those who visit osaka Castle with hungry stomach, this is a restaurant you can visit too. It's 5-7min walk from tanamichi Station. The pork cutlet rice bowl is worth trying. “Good food; great price.”
This is a great place, especially for anyone who feels intimidated trying to order in a Japanese restaurant. You place your order at a machine just inside the door. There's an English option and pictures of what each meal includes. You pay at the machine and receive a ticket that the server collects... at your table. Soft drinks and beer are available to order at the machine. Water is served at the table. The food and presentation is really good and there are lots of options.

“Value for monry”
We ordered various set lunch for 5 of us and all of them was good, except food is a bit salty. We went on Sat noon, crowd was ok, managed to find seats. Staff is friendly and helpful.

“Good food good value ”
Stayed at hotel nearby. Diner style place. You order from the machine first. There is an English option for language. Put your money in and it will give you a ticket. Hand it to the waitress once you are seated. We ordered the seasonal sukiyaki (~ 900 yen) and hamburger beef steak (~800 yen). Both w...ere very delicious! I'd recommend this place for local Japanese food. Clean and good value.
