“Convenient ”
It's one of those places where you can order from a machine, from an English menu. You pay at the machine and then take your tickets to the table where the waitress take the tickets, so no Japanese needed to order. It has the regular Japanese menu, loads of rice and fish and the cooking is ok. As s...aid in the title ... convenient, but nothing to erite home about.

“Terrible beef cuts”
I ordered a beef dish that I'm familiar with and have enjoyed many times before at other restaurants. The cuts this restaurant gave me however where terrible. The cuts consisted mostly of terrible stringy fat tissue.

“Yummy set dishes”
You need to order from the vending machine & pass the ticket to the staff. Service was fast. Price reasonable & food tasty. Convenient location if you are staying at Super Hotel Lohas Nara Eki or you are at JR Nara Station.

“Convenient location”
You will see this place on you right after exit from JR Nara Station, next to Mos Burger. You pay money at the vending machine after you choose your meals. Collect the meal ticket and pass it to the staff when you enter the restaurant. Food was decent and affordable. We had our dinner here after a ...day drip to Todaiji and Nara Park before we returned to our hotel.

“Great place for a fast, tasty, wholesome meal!”
I live in Nara and frequently go here to eat after a day trip. There is a machine at the entrance where you choose your food– now in Japanese, English and Thai, so very user-friendly. Once you have your food ticket, find a table and the staff will come and take your ticket/order. There is a fantasti...c choice of dishes, and I haven't yet had anything I didn't enjoy. Also, extremely reasonably priced for the quantity you get (most sets between 700-900 yen), plus bottomless FREE cup of hoji-cha and you can refill your rice bowl as many times as you can manage if you get one of the set menus (highly recommended). Very clean place with good service. Before you exit JR Nara station building, you'll find this restaurant opposite the AEON supermarket.
