“Amazing food and drinks and people!!! Must try when visiting Kyoto!!!”
Amazing experience!!! We came without a reservation but the owner and the staff were very accommodating!!! Food was extremely tasty! High quality Wagyu beef and other dishes were also very good! The all you can drink was a pleasant surprise that’s highly appreciated! Sake, plum wine, high-ball... and soft drinks! Best experience when traveling is meeting nice local people and enjoying good food and drinks! Absolutely must try and highly recommended when visiting Kyoto!!!

“Delicious food, lovely staff, foreigner friendly”
Went here with the family. Food was delicious. There was a variety of meat and side dishes you can choose from. Our personal favourite was the Wagyu. The meat already comes with a delicious marinate so this is more special than the typical grill experience! The staff was very lovely and tried the...ir best to accommodate us, despite us not speaking or understanding much Japanese. They all had a lively spirit and is very foreigner friendly. The atmosphere is lovely. They also have Free Wi-Fi with good, stable connection Would recommend!! And would love to come here again

“Go in, order some wagyu and the best potato-salad ever. ”
Now this is the place you need to go to. The stairs lead you to an underground sliding door, which you open en get greeted by 4 enthusiastic Japanse guys. The vibe has been set: they will serve you with a smile and will let you know how happy they are that you are here. The menu is simple, and that'...s good. You want a place that does 1 thing good. And here they want to give you some good juicy wagyu. And juicy it is. So tender, so tasty, so good. We pretty much ordered all the wagyu items without paying a lot. They serve it with a sweet dipping (secret recipe), try the meat without first for the experience and then drown it in that sauce. As sides we had that cabbage, which is perfect portion for 2. The cucumber is also nice, for a fresh crunch. And then the best thing on the menu is that potato-salad. My God, this is some gourmet stuff. So creamy, with tasty chunks of potato, we think a little bit of carrot too. That stuff was soooo good we ordered it 3 times. If you want good food, fun atmosphere. Walk down those stairs, you won't regret it.
