“Fantastic histsumabushi as always”
My all time fav hitsumabushi, they make it smokey & charred while juicy inside. Have been repeatedly wowed by the Tokyo ginza location, this Osaka store continued the legacy of excellence. Next to osaka & Umeda station, on 7F of Grand Front Osaka. Place gets pack early so we came @5pm just as it... opened. The unagi was once again perfect: smokey outside, fatty & juicy inside. The only one comparable is prob the Unagi Kushiyaki Izumo next door at Lucua food hall, but the presentation here is more elegant. You can chose different portions of eel: from 0.75 eel to 2.5 eel, we got 1.5 which was substantial.

“Beautiful cooked eel”
I ordered a takeaway and I was on time and the food was warm and the eel was superb. Like Wagyu eel. They rendered the skin beautifully . No regrets. The only regret is not being able to go back :) thanks plenty !!

Good quality food and reasonable price. Go early or make a reservation to avoid a long wait because the place is not big.

“Nice Unagi”
This is one of my favourite Unagi place and I come here every time when I come to Osaka Very nice Unagi at a reasonable price. My family enjoy it so much. Seat is comfortable too.

“Average”
I don't know why this restaurant is highly rated on tripadvisor. We picked this restaurant because it is near to train station. But I felt unagi was average. Bill is high...
