“Home run in Ginza”
My second time at Cadran and of course it did not disappoint. Absolutely impeccable on every point. Service. Perfect, friendly, attentive, pro-active. The 5000 yen lunch course is the biggest bargain in town. Lovely salad with pomegranate and sashimi, glorious soup with perfect rolls, We shared a me...at and fish course. The whitefish in yuzu was exceptional and the Japanese pork was tender and cooked to perfection. Not to mention the view of Ginza Crossing. I love their Bellini cocktail and the Pinot Noir by the glass was smashing. oth times I took a guest and they were so impressed. Thank you for the excellent lunch andwarm welcome. The other guestswere low-key and "nice" people. Not the pretentious lot one often finds in such high quality fashionable restaurants. The mood was so relaxed. The serving staff moved quietly, seamlessly and timing was perfect. Just a great, great experience.

“Great Restaurant and Delicious Food!”
During our Tokyo stay, staying in the Ginza neighborhood we dined one night at Cadran with our friends and we had such a lovely evening. The restaurant is lovely the way it has been decorated, and the food was delicious and well presented. We ordered an assortment of dishes as well as some lovely co...cktails. Service was also very good. I'd highly recommend dining at Cadran for a special evening.

We had dinner at Cadran and it was excellent. The food was very tasty and the service was very nice. The cocktails were also great.

“Excellent Risotto”
Managed to get in as a walk in on a Thursday night. Was pleasantly surprised. Wonderful risotto. Nice steak. Attentive service in a fun atmosphere. Would recommend for couples. Really great if you are in Ginza near Nissan Crossing
