Bring a busy Friday evening, our local friend even had problems trying to reserve a place for dinner. Hotel Reception succeeded, and we were shown to a room for four by a very friendly staff, dressed in kimono, who even presented us with a souvenir, on learning we were visiting. The beef was exquis...ite, and needed just a few seconds to cook. Dipped in the sesame sauce, it was very delicious and of the correct texture. There was mushroom and other vegetables that went into the hot pot. We liked the kishimen, a Nagoya-style noodle, and rice cake. The matcha ice cream dessert made a good ending to a delightful dining experience.

1. Private room for 8 guests which is suppose to fit 6 only. As the result, two guests have to sit in Japanese style with bend knees. 2 only one waitress assigned to serve the room when two pots were served.
