“Best meal of my life!”
I am not even exaggerating when I say that this was the best meal of my life. I am a fan of oyakodon and this was the best one that I have ever had hands down. Yes, it is a bit expensive, but if you are willing to pay slightly over 1000 yen for a meal, go here immediately. I would recommend getting ...the special Nagoya Cochin option. It has won awards! I live in Kyoto but I would go all the way back to Nagoya just to get this. Service was great, food was amazing!

“Delicious Chicken + egg rice”
Local gourmet Nagoya cochin chicken set with deep fried wing and chicken + egg rice. suitable for adult or child. worth a visit if u r here.

“Average”
We ordered the oyakodon set that comes with 2 chicken wings and a pudding. The chicken pieces in the oyakodon were a mixture of white and dark chicken meat. The white meat was ok but the dark meat was tough and had a distinct smell which I can't describe. Dun know whether that's how Cochin chicken a...re like but it's not really to my taste. Service was prompt and good, prices reasonable.

“Juicy Cochin Chicken”
I ordered the oyakodon and kishimen set. The local chicken was really nice done and the sauce was on the sweet side. The kishimen had a nice bite (chewy) and the soup base hearty. The set comes with a wagashi (Japanese bean paste sweet). Cost was around 1700 yen.
