Only 1 cow offering excellent Hida beef of a rank higher than A5 rank is occasionally available weekly. We make successful bids for whole cows, as we prefer high quality Hida beef.
Hida beef, from cows raised with the love of producers, the producers who raised those cows with sincerity in the middle of Gifu's rich nature, and our owner's craftsman's pride … meat works of art born of this union. The fat and meat balance is simply the “beef golden ratio”.
