The name of the restaurant comes from the German, mein Schloss, which means 'my castle'. We hope you'll savor craft beers and authentic German meat dishes.
In the brewery, using equipment made by the German company Berapuranto, we offer four different craft beers and limited beers on a seasonal basis, following the authentic German tradition set by the "German Beer Purity Law."
You will be quite satisfied not only with our authentic German meat dishes, but also with our original menu ideas, inspired by traditional European cuisine. Enjoy a brief trip to Germany as you savor our authentic beers and delicious food.
