“Above average, but not very good or excellent”
Quick staff, good food, although not extremely delicious. I would say normal. And the beer was also nice, although little too cold (which is common in Japan, putting beer into glasses out of freezer). They have written menu on the wall (so if you do not read Japanese, you are out of luck), then some... printed menu and also picture menu so you can choose from. The staff was kind and did answer to me, when I was speaking Japanese to them (it is quite common in Japan, that they do not expect you to speak Japanese and for some reason, if you do, they do not hear it.). The restaurant is bit small, and also two tables (we sat at one of them) exactly at the entrance. But nice view into the street. However, it could be little less noisy inside (music).

“Cheap Eat - Low Price but also "Not High" Food Quality”
Possibly due to low price, this was an indication of shoddy food quality. Good and friendly service however.

“Looks great from outside”
This restaurant looks great outside but food is a bit lower than average and drink is not as good as you can get from other bars around in the same area. If you are making a pit stop and having a few drinks, it ja great to do here but if you are looking for somewhere you can spend more than a few ho...urs with your friends, I would go somewhere else.
