カウンター席と完全個室で構成されている、質の高い調度品や設えでありながらも気軽に利用しやすい雰囲気も同時に漂わせている鉄板焼きレストランです。コース料理の価格帯もリーズナブルなものからやや高めのものまで幅広く、ちょっとしたプチ贅沢や歓送別会、接待に至るまで、幅広いニーズに対応できるレストランの一つだと思います。名古屋駅に近いためアクセスも良く、周辺は繁華街であるものの店内はその喧騒をほとんど感じず、会話を楽しみながら食事が出来る環境であるのも魅力の一つだと思います。 スタッフは、見た目こそカジュアルであるものの決して不愉快な接客対応はせず、程よい距離感で接客してくれるところに好印象を持ちました...。 給仕された料理は、全て美味しく仕上がっているのは言わずもがな、味付けも盛り付けも決して拘り過ぎず、品を高く保ちながらもシンプルである、という印象でした。あくまで主役は客で、料理は質の高いひと時を過ごしてもらうための素材であることを徹底する（≒ 拘り過ぎたり主張し過ぎたりしない）、という印象を持ちました。 気心の知れた仲間内で、特別なひと時を過ごすのにピッタリなレストランだと思います。 This Teppanyaki restaurant features both counter seats and fully private rooms, offering an elegant atmosphere with high-quality furnishings while still maintaining a relaxed and approachable vibe. Despite being in a bustling downtown area, the interior remains calm and quiet, allowing guests to enjoy their meals and conversations comfortably. The staff appear casual in style but are consistently polite and professional, maintaining just the right balance of attentiveness without being intrusive - something I found particularly pleasant. Every dish served was not only delicious but also elegantly simple. Both the seasoning and presentation struck a fine balance - refined yet unpretentious. The restaurant seems to value creating an experience where the guest remains the true centerpiece, with the dishes serving to enhance that quality time rather than overpower it.
