“It is good for what it is ”
This is a chain restaurant but it seems to me to be much better quality than you’ll find in North America. Think Denny’s with a slight European theme to their menu.

“Good Cheap Eats ”
I never thought I would get tired of japanese food...but apparently, I had to shift a bit.. found this tucked in the 4th flr of Celeo in the kofu station. Enjoyed the food. Not quite as authentic but it's ok. Good place to eat on a budget.
