“Best Tempura Experience”
The restaurant is very cozy, and the service is first class. The Tempura is delicious, and I recommend you seat at the bar for a better experience. For an easier experience I recommend you the Chefs Menu’s. For a better experience I recommend sharing

Sat at the counter and really enjoyed the experience. Food is super fresh - prawns and eels straight from the tank. Tempura is delicious. Recommended.

“Enjoyable experience!”
Tried Sazanami set at Tsunahachi at JR Central Nagoya Twin Towers on 13F. The set didn't consist of hotate seen in more expensive sets and costed around 3,000 yen. Batter was light and crispy. Tentsuyu was mild, as with every Japanese tempura in Japan. And the ingredients were super super fresh and ...served straight after fried. Enjoying each of them hot and fresh was soooooo great. All in all it was a very enjoyable meal albeit the price was a little steep. I sat at the counter and the chef was very friendly. We chatted a bit about this and that. English menu, written in proper English, is also available. Big points for that.
