“Good, formal, expensive restaurant”
The restaurant has a long side of windows looking out over Nagoya. Formal service, friendly. I went there with a colleague for an informal continuation of our internal meeting. We went for one of the cheaper courses. Food was good, but not extraordinary. fine shabushabu meat, even on the cheaper me...nu. but ended up anyhow with 28 500 Yen. Overpriced, likely because of location.

“Excellent premium beef”
We ordered the premium beef Shabushabu and the standard Sukiyaki set. Although the price of the former was more than double of the latter, it was value for money. The soup of the Sukiyaki set was too strong. The Shabushabu brought out the freshness and taste of the premium Tamura beef. My opinion i...s that the Tamura beef is less oily than Kobe beef and is as delicious as Omi beef in Shabushabu. I suggest to eat some of the Tamura beef without any sauce first before dipping it to the sauces provided. The restaurant showed the unique number of the beef that they used on the day and people could check where the cow was born and brought up if they were interested.
