Located on the top floor of a multi-store building just across from the Matsumoto Train Station, this is a very good restaurant. It is worth the effort to find since the prices are extremely low and the quality high. The staff can't speak English but the main menu is bilingual. Definitely a great p...lace we highly recommend...
