“Worst sushi I had in Japan”

Absolutely worst sushi I had in Japan. Avoid this place. Terrible service and low quality food. Avoid at all cost. Trust me, I know sushi and Japanese food.

Ate out there with some colleagues from japan. We had an all you can eat deal, not sure how much it cost as we weren't paying. Ate sushi and Shabu Shabu both of which were really nice. They also brought some crab meat which was also very nice. The only problem we had was that the table has a few c...ockroaches running around. Now I guess this is a one off because looking at other reviews, no one seemed to have had this problem before. The staff were very apologetic and dealt with them very quickly, and as an apology, at the end of the evening before we left they gave each of us a huge bottle of sake to take back home. If it wasn't for the cockroach incident, then I would have given this place a higher rating. But equally, if they hadn't as been as apologetic as they were then I would have given a lower rating. So overall, it's worth a try and hopefully our experience was a one off that will never be repeated.

Possibly the best uni I ever had! I asked the concierge for a nearby recommendation and Furari was his first suggestion. Its a bit difficult to find, downstairs off a road filled with sushi and noodle houses. But once there, I had a culinary experience bar none. Sushi in Japan is nothing like ...the American experience. The variety, quality, and atmosphere in Furari is like a memory burn and will not be forgotten. The place was filled with locals, so you know you are in for a treat. The service was excellent. The flavors are still a memory on the palate. Please, make an effort to find this sushi bar
