“Had fun, but average food”
I had seen some youtube videos talked about this sushi restaurant chain in Japan, so after shopping in the Gotemba outlet mall, I decided to go to this restaurant for dinner. It took around 10mins of driving to get there. I really appreciated this restaurant using technology to monitor the demand ...of sushi on the conveyer belt in order to control the supply of the sushi so the sushi on the conveyer will be fresh for the customer. Customer can also order their own sushi using the touch screen monitor, and the sushi will be sent to our table on a special lane. The price was great, only 100yen per dish. However, the quality is not very good. Just slightly better than those supermarket sushi. I had a lot of fun but not having a good meal.
