“Definitely a hidden gem in Gifu - Gisu Gyoza”
I chanced upon this small quaint gyoza place while walking along the alley next to Hotel IIcredo Gifu; at 4pm there was already a queue waiting for the place to open at 5pm for dinner. Stood in queue for 1 hour and definitely didn't regret the wait - so if time affords join the queue as the gyoza we...re sold out 15 minutes after opening. I had the gyoza - 1 order of 5 gyoza for 400yen, ume zha chai, shrimp fried rice and the rich Annin-Dofu. The last item was smooth as silk and sweet. Request for English menu.
