LE PIGNON

Le Pignon rocked with great food, presentation, service and setting. The food was excellent. Awesome preparation with sauces that were perfect for the dish. The service was attentive but not overbearing. We brought three bottles of wine. It was served like we bought it from Le Pignon. Nice ste...mware and only 2,000¥ corkage per bottle. Le Pignon is small. 6-8 tables with a chef's counter. The chef's counter is two long slabs from a tree. Very cool. Next time I will sit at the chef's counter. It looked like they put on a good show. It is mainly final prep. Cooking is done in the kitchen. The dining room looks out on a courtyard with a 100 year old 万斉 tree. Beautiful! Good value. Highly recommended!
