“One of the best meals I had in Numazu”

A small restaurant in an apartment building 5 minutes walk from the Riverside Numazu Hotel.. Food was excellent. Presentation was near perfect and service was very good. Price? Ehhhh! What do you expect for good food and good service and good atmosphere?
