The feature of the restaurant is they serve green tea which goes well with each dish just like we do with wine as a chef is a sommelier, patissier, and Japanese tea instructor! Really interesting to know why they choose tea with a certain dish as we have a variety of Japanese tea depending on the ki...nd of tea, district, way to produce tea, etc. It is definitely worth trying!
