“During dinner, the reflection of the busy kitchen on the high-ceiling window is mesmerising.”
We had two breakfasts and two dinners while staying at the hotel. Very good selection of choices for breakfast, among the best during our trip to Japan. For dinner, we opted for A La Carte, as we did not trust ourselves to be able to finish the course menus offered. I especially like the beef rice b...owl I happened to choose on the second night. We found out that the fish / meat of the day remained the same for the two nights, and thought that if it was offered differently, could suit better our needs. It is an open kitchen in the background, during dinner, the reflection of the busy kitchen on the high-ceiling window is mesmerising.

“Breakfast with Mt. Fuji as your companion”
The breakfast buffet had more than enough options for vegetarians and the coffee was lovely. Best of all, the pristine view of Mt. Fuji outside the huge windows.

“Appetite loss!”
You may lose your appetite at this restaurant with the breathtaking view of the Mt Fuji. Breakfast-lunch are better options as you may see Fujisan at those times.

“nice view gardens and sea!”
In winter season, we can see Fuji-mountain also. In summer season, gardens and sea are so beautiful. Space for group is so wide, so we can relax .
