For a fast food udon place, I thought it was very good. It has a similar system as Blaze and Chipotle in LA. As you enter the place, you can see the ladies preparing the freshly made noodles. You then order what udon dish you want and they prepare it right in front of you. You can also grab some... tempura before you reach the cash register. After you pay, you add the broth you want (two different kinds to choose from), green onions and the little fried crumbs. The noodles were thick and had great consistency and the broth was flavorful. For a "fast food" place, I thought it was great. After you finish, you have to clean the table yourself. They provide a wet cloth. The good thing about Japan is that people are very considerate and always leave the place as they found it, clean.
