“A chin restaurant in Shizuoka”

There are rooms to improve. First, there is not any menu in English or other foreign languages. Second, the waiter cum cook tried his best to help but not effectively. Third, the "Shrimp with mushroom" appetitiscer was too oily. I once thought it was soak in a soup, but it was in oil. Fourth, t...he pan-fried chicken leg tasted good but the plating was terrible. The cook asked me if I wanted it to be cut, and I said yes. But he used a scissor to cut it!
