Has being a while from my last visit to a French bistro, monsieur Inoue always surprises me with his endless creativity and talent to get the best from the simplest ingredients and make them explode in flavor and satisfaction inside of your watering mouth! The team is bigger now, two independent tea...ms in the first floor cooking and 2nd floor with the beverage and deserts, working together smoothly and pleasantly to be noted.

Cool ambience, calm and very nice staff, I would say they not just know what they are doing but, they enjoy to do it. The cuisine was magical because it was simple and perfect! I'll definitely suggest this restaurant as I will go back as many time that I can!
