“Average food quality, with relaxing dinning atmosphere but no cats”
When walking back from Nagoya Port Aquarium, you would find some shops and this cafe catching you to rest for a while. The building might be some warehouse rebuilt and reused as commercial and eating. It's sitting close to sea bank, watching sun set, and enjoying dessert drink and food. Parfait cups... have lots of choices, a bit expensive but quality still above average. Pizza was too Japanese and really not too Pizza, spaghetti was average but sauce was not authentic. Anyway, dinning atmosphere along the port bank was fine, quiet and relaxing.
