“Has a seat surcharge”

The food was fine, but charged 1000 yen per person for seats, which is not a common thing in this city. For the past several days we visited like 10 different restaurants from 1,000 yen to 10,000 yen per person, this one was the only one has a surcharge for seats. Maybe because it's also a bar or m...aybe it's in front of the station. They should put a sign in front of the door for this.
