“Shinshu local cuisine”
My Japanese co-worker booked this place for the team dinner for Shinshu local cuisine. The dishes were very unique, and quite tasty with very good presentation. The fried beancurd was my favorite.. and their sake was very good.

“Local cuisine restaurant ”
This restaurant is close to Nagano station. You can enjoy local food meat and trout, Not expensive and choose alcohol and light meal to dinner as you like. If you feel rural area in Japan and have fine Japanese food, Yamazato is good for you. Accommodation matches this area. There is no doubt to go ...there.
