“Good landscape”
This restaurant provide soba, traditional noodle and tenpura, fried shrimp and vegetables. From the table, we saw good landscape of hotel's yard because the outside wall was glass.

“Set lunch at excellent value”
Karamatsu at the Karuizawa Prince West is one of the best Japanese restaurant among the eateries provided by all the Prince hotels in Karuizawa. The set lunch is of superb value. Volume is good, and price is absolutely reasonable. A fantastic thing is that there are some lunch sets that you cou...ld simply pay for by using the Enjoy Tickets. That makes the lunch sets even more reasonable because most of the Stay Packages have included Enjoy Tickets that you will receive upon check-in. Karamatsu is spacious with a very nice view overlooking the greeneries. It's perfect for big group or family members.

“Good sushi”
The sushi are fresh and the place is very clean. Except the sushi,the tempura and shabu shabu are so delicious! I think this is the best restaurant for sushi in Karuizawa
