“French Dining in Japan”
What an interesting meal It's always an experience to try the Japanese take on international cuisine. We did a 7 course lunch. Some courses were very small though, just lovely little flavour sensations. Lots of seafood and some beef incorporated into the meal. We sat at wooden bench type tables. Ve...ry popular restaurant, many diners there. Lots of ladies lunching and a few couples. I love that the Japanese incorporate lots of seasonal local fresh ingredients. We ate very well. one elder Japanese member of our group was less inclined for 'exotic' French cuisine and her request for rice wasn't able to be accommodated. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we were very full. Regarding your wheel chair access question: the entrance is very narrow. you COULD access with a wheel chair, but as with many places in japan, its very cosy and might take some effort to access the dining room in the rear.
