“Amazing steak dinner!!!”
All the food was extremely good! The Koshu beef was amazing!! We also got the garlic rice, great flavor, which went well with the beef. For the appetizer we ordered the baked Camembert cheese in honey dish which was super yummy and great for my sweet tooth. The atmosphere was very nice and all the s...taff were polite and friendly! Definitely recommend if you’re visiting the area, the price is also such a great value, especially compared to the US.

“Pleasant family experience”
We had an excellent dinner at Sarasvita. It has three large tables and a counter with a window view. There is a piano but no musician that night. There was a screen showing a DJ with music that was a good beat and just the right volume. We loved the mushroom bruschetta, and also had baked mussels... and a large salad. The drink selection was great and we had two nice old fashioned.

“Tourist trap, go for the view and then leave”
I’m stunned by the previous reviews. I’ve been generous with 1 star, that’s mainly for the view. We arrived at 7.15 and were the only people there, there are 4 menus with no real discernible meals on. We ordered salmon carpaccio and mushrooms as an appetiser, salmon arrived 10 minutes before the mus...hrooms so we felt we were eating alone. The salmon was ruined by a vinaigrette and a limp salad. The mushrooms were button mushrooms fried and coated in balsamic, amateur at best. I ordered the wagyu burger with an omelette and a side of fries and my wife ordered 4 prawns. The burger arrived with an omelette on top, fries arrived later and then the prawns turned up. The burger was tiny and nothing in the plate had been seasoned. The fries were the highlight. The 4 paws were just that, the same lump salad, at least they were cooked well. It’s obvious why we the only people there. It’s the first time in nearly three weeks that we’ve felt ripped off, at 7309 yen, we’ve eaten better on this trip for half this price.

“Great food and service!”
Very good restaurant with delicious and fresh food. The staff is really helpful and kind. We were there for dinner and lunch – both visits were great if you want to experience european and japanese cuisine.

“Great food and lovely atmosphere”
Lovely food and staff went out of the way to translate menu and explain details and origins of food and wine. Very tasty and nice atmosphere.
