“The best soba restaurant next to a beautiful forest of Togakushi”
We visited Togakushi shrine on January1 morning which was a 2 km hike in the middle of a beautiful forest. On the way back, we stopped to take a rest at this restaurant and ordered different type of soba. Our children tried soba with raw egg while we tried tempura soba. Every thing we ordered were d...one perfectly, the soba was soft and delicious, the tempura was also done with perfection. The whole experience of walking in the thick snow and eating hot soba were just the right combination to start the new year.
