“Excellent Ramen!”

This is a family-owned establishment, not a part of a chain. The ramen is excellent, but the best part is the chashu (BBQ pork) which is actually grilled over charcoal for you just before it's plated, which gives it a wonderfully smokey rich flavour. I would recommend getting a side of chashu and ...putting it atop your ramen. The only downside is that this is a very small restaurant with three tables and two short counters, so be prepared to wait, or better yet, show up just at opening time.
