Glance down at the Ginza cityscape from the 12th floor of the Marronnier Gate Ginza building, as you enjoy traditional Japanese dish "Shabu-shabu" and its evolved version, "Steamed Shabu-Shabu" Our food ingredients such as meat, Kuroge Wagyu beef, renowned pork brands, and seasonal vegetables for each season are carefully-selected daily by our head chef. We also offer various wine, Japanese sake, and shochu selections hand-picked by our sommelier and Sake Master.
