“Not Japanese standard”
1st time visit was real good with great service when server knew where we were from. 2nd time with family was very bad with everyone reluctantly serving us. I have no good experience with any of the staff working today other than cashier staff because we paid 250k yen just for a pot of sukiyaki. Foo...d is overpriced and sukiyaki too sweet, no flavor. The personal pot I had previously includes appetizer/rice/dessert for 5.5k yen. But 250k yen were only served a pot of sukiyaki and a plate of vegetable. Checked their review online and they were known to give low service to foreigners esp Chinese.

“Fine dining at its best”
Fantastic sukiyaki dinner to wrap up our last holiday in Tokyo. We went there in a group of 6 and were seated in a premium spot beside the window facing Ginza, the hippest shopping spot in Tokyo. Love the city view whilst enjoying the best high quality beef sukiyaki prepared well by the waiter. Serv...ice was great, we opted the set menu and were given one complimentary drink. The choice of drinks were of a great variety, ranging from soft drinks, tea, beer, sake, wine and liquor. When you choose to have set menu, you dont have to pay extra for the drink. The appetizer before the main course were also great tasting. I love all the food we had and the ambience is also romantic and a great spot if you bring your guests over business meetings.

“Delicious beef sukiyaki”
Came for dinner. Seated is private room as window seating all taken. Room was quite stuffy. Staff have limited English. The menu is simple. We had the sukiyaki. The beef was delicious.
