The aged beef of our restaurant is managed by aging 30 or more days in dedicated aging storehouse, and it is served with rich aroma and moderate chewy texture.
As soon as you enter the entrance of our restaurant, there is an aging warehouse, and you can see the process of aging!
We are also particular about the way of grilling. We grill elaborately the meat by bincho-charcoal with far-infrared rays to turns inside the meat to rose pink.
Therefore, you can enjoy the original taste of aged meat without missing the umami (savoriness).
We look forward to your visit, preparing various seats such as sunken-floor seats, legless chair seats, counter seats, couple seats, and loft seats.
