“Watch out! A live insect was in salad”
We were very disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of food, there’s a live green worm in a salad. The staff apologized and took the plate away while offering a new salad - no way! But he and voluntarily brought a different dish, which was a cooked veggie but it was charged as was (thought ...they normally took off the bill when this kind of unpleasant thing happened). Simply dissatisfied at their service and quality of food, which was honestly surprising that this kind of stuff happened in clean Japan.
