“Inexpensive and delicious”
This clean little coffee shop had a delicious breakfast, which was inexpensive and ready quickly. The dining area was bright and spotlessly clean, and we really appreciated the no smoking area! The basic breakfast had thick toast slices with ham and cheese, a hard boiled egg, a salad, and coffee for... about $6 US, quite reasonable.

“Lovely cafe”
Close to the Keio Plaza Hotel where we were staying - went for lunch. Pasta was fresh and tasty. Order and pay at till, then find table and your food will be delivered. Soft and alcoholic drinks served. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Smoking area segregated from non-smoking area.

“Nice plce for breakfast and coffee”
Located near to the Kadoya Hotel, it was a nice place for coffee and breakfast though like most cafes in Tokyo during the morning rush-hour, it could be packed at times.

“A Relaxing Cafe ”
Variety 🙂: A lot of choices from drinks, cakes, pastry to set breakfast. But drink choices from set only coffee or tea, no changes allowed. Set range ¥360-¥450 Ambience : There is music being played in the background & seating differentiate by smoking & non-smoking areas. Cons : Tables, chairs ...& floors are not clean with bits of crumbs, popcorns etc. Service ☹️: Counter staff kinda impatient & rude to people who are slow or soft in speech. Encountered the staff raising her voice loud to teenagers trying to enquire/request change of drinks. Being in hospitality industry, especially a touristic location, staff should provide a better service. Otherwise, in general, it's a good place to laze & have a cuppa of joe.

“Cheap bar but not sure about cleaning methods”
We were in Tokyo and looking for a place to eat. I'm not sure how many Pronto bars are in this area or if there is just one. Anyway, we had a beer the cost of which was very friendly. We were wondering if we would stay for a meal but while sitting at the bar, we were fascinated by the way they clean...ed the drinks' glasses. They emptied the dregs and then upended the glasses onto a spinning brush/ sponge contraption. They then rinsed the glasses in a sink of water and left them upside down to drip dry. In pigeon, we asked where the dishwasher was but there didn't seem to be one. This bar wouldn't pass the health regulations down our way!! So we finished our beers ( knowing that if we were going to get crook, it was too late ) and gave the dinner a miss. Nice staff though and drinks were very cheap.
