ITAMAE SUSHI Akasakamisujidoriten

I came here with my family during our vacation. I researched that the food was good, they spoke English, and they had good prices. Simultaneously I got to speak Japanese while my parents spoke English when ordering. The staff was attentive, nice, and friendly. The decor of the place itself was very ...beautiful inside. There was wood furnishing everywhere, including the sushi bar, and a big staircase to the next floor. The sushi was beautifully presented and delicious! Would definitely recommend!

I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. The sushi is very good, but the selection is not that great. The service is fine. It is a short walk from the Akasaka subway station, and because it is not in a major touristy area, you can probably get seated right away.

Pieces were out of proportion. Such a big amount of rice. Rolled sushi fell apart without event touching it. I am very upset, we didn’t enjoy our dinner. Not recommended.

The best sushi set is really good, going to visit again in the next few days and get the tuna set. Decent value and the staff speak English. Very friendly too

Our dinner at the itamae sushi was very good. We were seated at the counter and were able to see how sushi is been made. Service, atmosphere and food were outstanding. Can really recommend this spot.
