“Good dumplings, good service”

I was really craving some dumplings and fancied a walk on the other side of Niigata from Bandai. The dumplings are really good, and the service is as exceptional as you might expect from a Japanese chain restaurant. The noodles that I ordered however, were not so great, just pretty bland.
