We welcome the customers with warm hospitality unique to a local city. Our chef meticulously purchases seasonal ingredients from the sea and mountains every day at the market. They are wholeheartedly prepared into traditional Japanese cuisine and served as course meals, etc.
Please have a relaxing time while drinking the local sake of Niigata, the homeland of Japanese sake, focusing on jizake of Nagaoka. We have chef's recommended seasonal course dishes. English menu is available, while our nakai staffs having English conversation lessons support you. Make a nice memory by eating delicious dishes in a traditional authentic Japanese ryotei restaurant.
