“Yes, yes, yes!!!!!!!”
We had the best time at this restaurant. There is no English in the front windows but staff speak enough to make sure this is a meal not to be forgotten. The meat was superb. We had the pork belly, rib steak and wagu steak and then ordered some more it was so wonderful. Our children loved the concep...t of cooking the meat and took over. We are Kanazawa for three nights and will be heading back there for dinner again tonight we enjoyed it so much! Look out for the Golden elephant statue so you know you are at the right place

“Flavorful meats & vegetables too”
Efficient, friendly service with some English competence and a English language menu. This is a cook-it-yourself venue with a good, gas-fired grill on the table equipped with an excellent exhaust system. Soups, rice and many other options available.

“A true gem!”
Had dinner here tonight after a long day of exploring Kanazawa. It’s easy to find and near the station. We were warmly greeted and quickly seated when we arrived without a reservation at 6:15 on a Saturday night. By the time we were done, the restaurant was packed but we never felt rushed. The che...f came over a few times during the meal to offer bbq tips and at the end came to chat and gifted us all with origami cranes! The food was terrific as others here have noted. We were new to Korean bbq and discovered we love it! Everything was fresh and tasty. Portions were generous. Service was so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

“Great food and a lovely team! ”
Very good meat and many side dishes are self-prepared on a gas grill. Had local beef and vegetables. Their special dipping sauce (soy sauce with spring onions and sesame) is delicious. I like to highlight especially the service. The whole staff was exceptionally friendly, nice, and endeavored. I ho...pe to come back here one day. One of the loveliest dining experiences on our Japan trip.

“Excellent find”
With a gas grill at your table you can prepare the ordered dishes. We had the local hida beef which was an excellent choice for us. The staff was extremely polite and friendly.
