“all for the taste”
Genuine French cuisine, with a certain originality-creativity and adaptation of Japanese material cooked in the French way. As in many excellent restaurants, it is always well presented, served with several types of home-made bread. But the most important thing in this restaurant is the taste, each ...elements put in the dishes will bring you rich flavours, from the starter to the dessert. I went there several times, and it was always surprisingly rich flavours and an unexpected combination of tastes. Only the wild meat (wild boar, roe deer and Japanese pheasant) had almost none of the characteristics of wild meat, but I think they cook it that way for the average consumer's taste. note: like in every Japanese resotrant I went, the bread is not provided from the begening of the diner, but they will bring it after the starter, even if the starter is paté or terrine.
