“Underwhelmed”

This is a local ramen chain found all over Fukui prefecture (some even have drive thrus) recommended by some locals. I think this place is overhyped. The ramen which was topped with a lot of cabbage & bean sprouts wasn't great. The broth lacked in depth or flavor. If you are in Fukui Station, I woul...d recommend the ramen shop on the 2nd floor of Happiring instead of Hachiban
