“Delicious Find”
Walked in to this restaurant without a booking, being close to our hotel in Kanazawa. The restaurant is on the second floor on a busy intersection, above Lawson. There were four of us and we were taken to a private room with a sliding door, so it was a very cozy and private atmosphere. Staff spoke... very limited English but thankfully there was an English menu. Our food which included sushi and dumplings was fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. Great find!

“Better elsewhere, Westerners beware of smoking”
This was a recommendation by the hotel as one of the supposedly better izakaya in the area, but did warn us that there may be cigarette smoke. There was a lot of smoke, making it difficult to stay or enjoy it. The food was average compared to the many other izakaya. Did not represent value on the fo...od and drinks

“Fresh and good”
Went there for dinner. The sushi was very good and fresh. Agadashi tofu was excellent. all dishes we ordered were very good. the service was quick and efficient. The price was reasonable. Reservation required.
