“Tasty Italian restaurant with beautiful food and good service”
Small restaurant with fantastic food and service! We ate at the counter downstairs and watched the chefs. Everything is fresh made. We had the cheese plate and meat to start—beautiful and tasty. Followed by pizza and pasta. Just the right amount, wonderful mix of flavors. We loved it!

“Hidden Gem Near Kanazawa Station”
Great vibe, great food and drink. Bar downstairs is cozy and there are tables upstairs for larger parties. Chef Takafumi Hori and his team are warm and welcoming. They can speak a good amount of English, so it is easy for English-speaking visitors to order. This is a good place for dinner or stopp...ing in for late-night drinks. I have met many interesting people there over several visits.

“Great vibes and food near Kanazawa station”
This restaurant with Italian / French cuisine is a hidden gem close to Kanazawa station. A warm welcome by the chef and his team. An excellent help with an English menu, the chef explained the size of the dishes and even asked halfway the evening friendly if we still taught that we could eat all the... ordered food (we were a bit full already, he recommanded to skip one ordered dish). Great variety on the menu, for food and fishlovers. A fantastic place if you want something else than Japanese cuisine. But the best of all was the positive vibe in this restaurant. You could see the passion of the team for serving good food and hospitality. Try the melon liquer at the end and for a vibrant evening, take a seat at the bar.

“Chef Takafumi Hori is a force to be reckoned with in Italian fusion cuisine. lactose-free dishes & pizza!”
We enjoyed a wonderful dinner. The chef spoke excellent English, and all though the restaurant was busy, he found time to explain the English menu further and to pay attention to adjusting several dishes for the lactose intolerant members of our party. We had 2 antipasti starters of an excellent, v...ery fresh seafood ceviche with avocado, fruit and baby greens, and a nice melon and prosciutto dish made from the in-house charcuterie. We then had two excellent classic pasta Matriciana, a spaghetti Vongole (with plenty of very fresh baby clams). The Vongole sauce was made with a twist/fusion of the classic recipe including several lotus root slices and very fresh al dente baby okra. These first three pasta dishes were excellent and made lactose free. The bolognese sauce was also with a twist and included walnuts and some shiitake mushrooms ( I liked the consistency of these in the sauce less, but the base of the sauce was very good ). We also had two very good pizza Rosso without cheese. We paired it with a reasonably prices (but unexceptional) table wine. Make sure to ask about the specials, we were sorry we hadn't asked about steak: it looked mouth watering!
