Five minutes on foot from Nagaoka Station. An old sushi shop where you can enjoy locally caught fish. And there's much to enjoy besides sushi. Try some stewed organ meats or some puffer fish cuisine.
We lay in exceedingly fresh seafood from the fishing ports at Cape Izumozaki and Teradomari.
◇ Our ultra sushi set incorporates ten pieces of superlative sushi, five of which are seasonal and locally sourced. The other five pieces include sea urchin, tuna belly, salmon roe, omelet, and sweet shrimp.
◇Enjoy reasonably priced nature tiger globefish, caught locally. We also have a rich selection of local sake from here in the Nagaoka area. There are several other sake and wine selections as well.
