“Have a great time at 19 HITOYASUMI !”
There are a few coffee meisters, they are proud of serving excellent coffee and artificial cappuccino. The coffee shop called "Hitoyasumi" it means 'take a break ' in Japanese. You could not only get wonderful cakes and bagels but learn how to make great coffee. They sometimes take held coffee lesso...ns. Mr.Watanabe, the manager encountered this American coffee culture just before Starbucks was so popular in the world. He had luckily studied in his twenties in the United States for 5 years! お店にはコーヒーマイスターが何人もいて、美味しいコーヒーや絵心のあるカプチーノとか飲めます。お店の名前は、19（ひと休み）といいます。ケーキやベーグルが美味しいのは勿論、美味しいコーヒーの淹れ方も勉強出来ます。時々コーヒー教室を催される事もあるんですよ。 代表の渡辺さんはスターバックスが世界で流行る少し前にアメリカで、今のこのコーヒーカルチャーに出逢ったそうです。そして、18才から5年間もアメリカで勉強したそうです、羨ましい！
