“Gift from Mother Nature”
What can I say??? After a 2 night staycation here I was greatly amazed at what a chef can do with natural ingredients pick from the mountainside. Every afternoon I witness staff picking vegetables from and around the facility. Nature at its best when the water is so pure and fresh. Food - 5 Too ma...ny things to say and too many dishes to rave about. Menu seems to change with the seasons and also if you stay more than one night here. The consistence here is how they can pull the best out of a ingredient without masking it or overpowering it. The natural flavors are accentuated with the skill and knowledge of the chef. The white rice is just amazing, with the quality and table side cooking, the umami of the rice comes out. Lastly, do not think twice about the sake pairing! Service - 5 They do not skip a beat here and having a service button for your table makes life so much easier. Press the button and someone is at your beckon call. Don’t press the button, they leave you alone unless they are bringing the next course. Atmosphere- 4 Obviously this location is made for the staying guests and the meals are an added bonus. You have your own private room to eat but be sure you’re not claustrophobic, they can be small. Will most definitely return, but in a different time of year to what other ingredients are in season.

“Nice service great dinner”
We love the size of the hotel , just 12 rooms not too many guest but not too small. Hot springs is great ! And dinner took us 2.5 hrs to get to all the detail taste of the meal. Room 302 and Room 204 seem to have good design will try next time.
