“interesting food, mediocre wine & -sadly- very poor service...”
it's a shame & sad if a place able to create good, even excellent food, has someone serving it, clearly not willing or able to do so decently - get a new waiter!

“Very good food but the waiter was a bit dismissive”
From the attitude of the waiter we were not sure we were going to get a table although we were the first people to arrive. When we asked if they had an english menu we received a look of distain with our yes answer. It took him a while to return with menues & his attitude stayed the same throughout ...our meal. Really quite confusing. But the upside was the food. An interesting menu & the food was excellent. If we had not left it till our last night in town we would have returned for more excellent food ( hoping for a change of waiter ! )

“Great dinner”
Small restaurant, choosen from trip advisor. Very friendly staff, with basic english knowledge, very helpful for me. Menu has italian names of dishes, details in Japanese. Waiter explained details and I followed his recommendation. Antipasti, starter, main course, dessert wine and espresso for 4500¥..., a great deal!
